It’s about that time of the year again where we get to send our little ones off to school again! Which means, Blessing of the Backpacks is almost here! August 14th, we will ask God to bless our children and their backpacks at both services. However, its for all people, not just students. Mechanics, bring your wrenches; farmers, your pliers; welders, your gloves; office administrators, your briefcases; waitresses, your notepad; retired folks, your joys, and anything else you can think that is a part of who you are and what you do! Bring your schoolbags – come and be blessed as we start a new school year in God’s church!
