Helping Hands Fund Request

First Lutheran Church of Avoca, NE has established a fund, with the intention of providing a one-time monetary gift not to exceed $500.00. Funding is available to individuals or charitable institutions. Funding of less than $100.00 can be approved by the presiding pastor and church council president. Such funding will be reported to the church council at its next scheduled meeting. Any funding beyond $100.00 needs the approval of the church council and all funds expended will be noted in the church council minutes. Individuals who are recipients; their name(s) will be kept confidential and not included in the official minutes.

Funding to individuals and charitable entities are a gift with no expectation of reimbursement. Any funds reimbursed will go back into the Helping Hand Fund, the recipients are free to do so if they are so inclined.
